CUCARELYA TECH SL provides digital services including web development, e-commerce solutions, UI/UX design, SEO, IT consulting, database management, API integration and WordPress/CMS development. All services are delivered digitally.
3. Orders and Payment
After placing an order through our website, we will contact you via email to confirm the scope, timeline and payment details. No payment is collected through the website. Payment arrangements are made directly between you and CUCARELYA TECH SL.
4. Pricing
All prices listed are starting prices in Euros (EUR) and exclude any applicable taxes. Final pricing depends on project scope and will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the deliverables created specifically for your project. CUCARELYA TECH SL retains the right to use the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
CUCARELYA TECH SL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
